Do you accept insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans cover between 50–80% of the session fee after your deductible is met. Please check with your health insurance provider.

My standard rate is $150 per 50-minute session. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

I specialize in trauma therapy for military, first responders, and civilians using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth.

I’m licensed in the following states: California, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, and Texas. Clients must be located in one of these states at the time of each session.

Yes. Your privacy is protected by law. There are a few exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if I’m legally required to report abuse. I’m happy to explain more in your free 15-minute consult.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

The first session is about getting to know you, your goals, and making sure you’re comfortable. We’ll also cover consent, confidentiality, and begin mapping out a plan.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially for trauma therapy, but we’ll decide together what schedule best supports your healing.
