Meet Jeff Eastman, LMHC

Trauma therapist. Veteran. Fellow human.

I’m Jeff — a licensed mental health counselor and military veteran who knows firsthand how trauma changes everything.

For years, I served in uniform. Later, I served veterans through the VA, providing trauma-focused therapy to those carrying burdens few can see — and fewer talk about. But my passion for this work goes beyond professional training. It’s personal.

Like many of the clients I serve, I’ve faced moments that left cracks in my sense of safety, identity, and purpose. That lived experience shapes every session. I don’t just bring techniques — I bring presence, perspective, and respect for your pace.

  • Exclusively telehealth-based, offering secure, flexible care across multiple states

What It's Like to Work With Me

Clients often say they feel seen, not studied. Therapy with me is direct, grounded, and collaborative. I’ll help you make sense of what happened, untangle guilt or stuck thoughts, and build a life that’s no longer driven by fear, avoidance, or self-doubt.

I don’t assume your story. I ask. I listen. And I walk with you as you reshape it.

The Meaning of "Valor"

To me, valor isn’t about medals. It’s about showing up — again and again — when it would be easier to shut down. That’s what healing takes. And if you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk with you.
